With over 15 years of experience, Anthony focuses on full-body transformation through functional training. He combines strength, mobility, nutrition, and cardio to create complete, personalized programs for clients of all levels.

  • 9:00 AM – Bootcamp (45 min)
  • 6:00 PM – Total Body Domination
